Stephanie has practiced and studied qigong for 15 years. Her main teachers include Grandmaster Chunyi Lin of Spring Forest Qigong®, Advanced Teacher Daisy Lee of radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong, and Grandmaster Mantak Chia. Stephanie has a previous background in fitness, nutrition & wellness, and women’s strength training, with additional training in Tibetan Breathing & Movement Yoga, the chakra system and Ayurveda.
She is the author of 9 self-help books for women, including her multi-award-winning memoir, An Accidental Awakening: It’s not about yoga; It’s about family. You can find Stephanie’s books here.
