Qigong classes and workshops for greater well-being

Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

July 18th Cochrane Qigong Workshop

Join us in the Aspen Room at the Cochrane Ranchehouse for this month’s 60-minute Qigong class.

$25 per person via etransfer or cash upon arrival.

It’s the season of the Heart: of fire, of laughter, of joy that wants to move. But fire that isn’t tended can also flare too hot: racing thoughts, restless sleep, a heart that feels wide open and a little frayed at the edges.

This July, we gather to do exactly what the season calls for: a Qigong practice devoted to the heart, cultivating balance and calming the heart-fire so your joy has room to breathe.

This session is accessible, gentle, and adaptable, making it suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
